From the Greek metanoia — a deep change of mind, heart, and direction.

Christ’s first recorded words in Mark 1:15 were an invitation: “The time is fulfilled, the kingdom of God is at hand; metanoia, and believe in the good news.”

Metanoia is not merely a change of mind; it is awakening. A turning from fragmentation toward wholeness. A return to The Center. To the Kingdom of Heaven, later, yes, but also here, now, and within.

Breath as worship. Presence as healing. Centering as prayer.
